Tuff ChickFIT is born!

Greetings Team,

This is the first entrance of the TFC group into blogosphere and I wanted to say how fired up I am to see how hard you ladies are training.. already!

We are only on week 2 and I have seen so much improvement in your effort, intensity and fitness levels.

Last week we began the series on how to finally make the Pathway to the permanent changes in your life that you have long denied yourself.

Last week as a reminder was step 1:
1. Become the watcher in your own mind.

Your job is to keep track of ...Whats going on in your own mind?

You are not alone!

We all continually battle the negative chatter that goes back and forth in our head
...and all too often the good guy loses and the bad guy wins that battle.

How many times have you found yourself making those self deprecating comments just to help you cope with the real thoughts of "I'm too fat, I'm too thin, I'm too weak or I'm too_________(fill in the blank).

If you TRULY want to move forward and make the lasting changes you MUST start by saying goodbye to those negative words inside your head and become the watcher in your own mind.

It was Henry Ford who said,
Whether you think that you can, or that you can't, you are usually right!
So, If you CAN'T name it, you CAN'Tchange it!

If you fool yourself and make negative comments about yourself you will open the door to others to do the same thing and your subconscious mind (which is so powerful) will find ways to prove you are right and you will soon , if not already, become that which you are describing.

Wouldn't that STINK?

So don't be afraid to say exactly what it is that you feel is holding you back because ...

If You Can Name It You CAN Change It!

Your Homework: Identify what is your stinking thinking or your mental prisons and write it down so we can start taking those positive steps.

**As a reinforcement don't forget to take your fish oil which benefits have been shown to include improved learning, memory, resistance to depression and bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, dementia, ADHD and dyslexia. Thats one heck of a supplement!

Until next time...Get Fit! Stay Fit!

Your Fitness,
 Coach Billy Corbett
